The merino we use for Nanka’s summer pieces is a super thin and lightweight fabric with unique thermoregulating properties. It helps your body maintain a comfortable temperature, moves moisture away from the skin, dries extremely quickly, and has UV protection with a factor of 50.

That’s why merino is a perfect choice not only for the mountains, but also for cycling, beach walks, traveling, or simply everyday summer life. At Nanka, you’ll find several summer styles made from 100% merino wool: skirts, short-sleeve and long-sleeve T-shirts, as well as hoodies for cooler evenings. Everything is made from wool of European origin and sewn in our own atelier in the Rhodope Mountains, Bulgaria.
